Less Terriens - Cote Rotie - Magnum
Domain: Pearl of the North Rhône,
Les Terriens sculpts with unquestionable success the new face of Condrieu and Côte Rôtie. Powered by the talented Pierre-Jean Villa, who put it into orbit with all the standards and dexterity we know it, this address is the new haunt of amateurs. Temperature: To be served between 16 and 18 ° C. Food and wine pairing: Grilled meat, shallot flank steak, roasted duckling with chanterelles, roasted suckling lamb, furry or feathered game. Wine: The Côte Rôtie Rouge cuvée incorporates all the attributes of the Côte Brune from which it comes, namely notes of violets and spices, lardé-smoked, very fresh. At the same time, it displays an elegant substance, infused style, with a very refined tannin grain, and already offers a full indulgence. A very beautiful wine to drink or to keep. Vinification: Manual harvest, 100% destemmed, each plot vinified and aged separately before assembly, maceration for 20 days with temperature control, aging for 18 to 24 months in 600l barrels and demi-muids, racking and assembly 6 weeks before setting in bottles. Color: ruby color, brilliant. Nose: Aromas of black fruits, violets and spices mingled with hints of lardé-smoked.
