Monday - Friday 9.00am-5:30pm

Saturday - Sunday 10am-4pm

We are passionate about what we do and so we try and work around the clock making sure we create the best customer service possible. If we hear from you out of working hours then we will be in touch within 24 hours.

Guarantee & Returns

What should I do if I want to return a product?

Not a problem at all! All we request is for the bottle to be un-opened (seal still in tact), label in tact and undamaged and with no damage.

Sadly we cannot offer postage payment at this time and we do ask for you to return the product in it’s original packaging and take a photo of this for our reference if we receive the bottle damaged.

Before returning and bottled please email info@rfwines.co.uk with details of your return at which point we will provide you with details of how to return your items.

Weddings & Parties

We understand it is crucial to make sure all of your guests are happy on your big day and that is why we would love to be able to help choose the perfect wines, spirits and cocktails for your day with great customer support throughout the planning.

Can you help us advise what wines, spirits or cocktails to have for the big day?

Yes! We would be more than happy to help advice what we think will work well for you and your guests on the big day and also happy to arrange a small tasting for you and a small group. Please email us on info@rfwines.co.uk to begin your journey!

Can you provide sale or return?

We would be more than happy to offer this service. We know it can be hard to judge how much will be drunk on the day and so are happy to offer our products on a sale or return bases. Terms and conditions apply. Please email us on info@rfwines.co.uk for more information.

Can you deliver to the venue?

This greatly depends on where you are planning your wedding but we will do everything we can to make it possible. Please email us on info@rfwines.co.uk to tell us more about your wedding.

Gifts

Can I send something from Red Fox Wines as a gift?

Most certainly! We have a selection of different ways we can help you send that special someone a gift. Please email us with any ideas on info@rfwines.co.uk to begin planning your next gift!

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We do! We sell give vouchers in denominations of £10, £20 and £50’s. Please email us on info@rfwines.co.uk and let us know what voucher we can create for you to give to that special someone.

Can you help me with some questions I have about wine?

Delivery

  •  We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!”
  • Allorders before 2pm will be despatched the same day. Orders made after 2pm will be despatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.

How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

FREE DELIVERY - When you spend over £100.

Can I track my order?
We rely on a global network of shipping partners (DPD, UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

Can I cancel or amend my order?
