Superb notes of very ripe fruits, associated the freshness fro the terroir of Samur.
Tasting: The Colour is intense red. The nose has notes of very ripe red fruits, mint and spices which forms a harmonious whole. The mouth is subtle, silky and very balanced, revealing the great quality of the grapes, the finish is exceptionally long and gives a good potential for ageing.
How to Drink & Serve: Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Food Pairing: Charcuteries, grilled white or red meats and strong cheeses.
Grape: Cabernet Franc
Sweetness: Medium Dry
