Wine Making: Starting off in a concrete tank then ageing of 18 months in Burgundian demi-muids of 600L.
Terroir: Clay - Limestone and sandstone.
Tasting: Medium ruby colour with concentrated black cherry and raspberry. Slightly smoked finished and medium tannins.
How to Drink & Serve: Serve between 12-14°C.
To be paired with smoked pork, smoked mackerel and Fois Grais.
