Les Terriens - Crozes Hermitage Blanc
Wine Making: Manuel harvesting then the grapes are sorted onto a vibrating table and de-stemmed, the grapes then go into malolactic fermentation for around 5 days. After the malolactic fermentation process, the Marsanne grapes are aged for 8 to 12 months
Terror: The plots for the Crozes-Hermitage Blanc are located in Drôme region in Mercurol. The soils are Fluvio-glacial alluvium soils (organic matter deposited by rivers)
Tasting: With medium-bodied yellow with a hint of orange the Les Terriens has created the perfect balance of peach aroma and taste, finishing with an apricot taste.
How to Drink & Serve: To be served between 12-14°C. Enjoying either as an aperitif or paired with either lobster or veal. To be consumed within the next 5 years
