Les Terriens - Cornas
Wine Making: The grapes are partially destemmed and then sorted on a vibrating table with maceration for around 24 days. The Syrah grapes are then aged for 18/24 months in barrels and half barrels.
Terroir: Cornas from Les Terriens the parcels are located within Corna called Chaillot. The soils are Granite with limestone which stores heat in the day, keeping the vines warm at night.
Tasting: The appearance of the Cornas is a beautiful intense ruby red colour with an aroma of coffee and blackberry.
How to Drink & Serve: Serve between 15-17°C - pairing with red meats such as venison and prime ribs.
