Wine Making: Grapes are de-stemmed and then sorted onto a vibrating table. Using Natural Yeasts the maceration period is 15 days, the malolactic fermentation is all in barrels then the Syrah grape is aged for 12 months in demi-muids and barrels

Terroir: Bien à Vous vines are located in the south of Valence in Flaviac on the plot called sous le château. The soils are Alluvium (a deposit of clay, silt, and sand from flowing floodwater producing fertile soil) from the mountains

Tasting: Intense dark red colour. Full-Bodied on the nose with winter fruits and cinnamon

How to Drink & Serve: To be served between 14-16°C. Bien à Vous pairs perfectly with Lamb and Braised Beef
