Superb notes of very ripe fruits, associated the freshness fro the terroir of Samur.
The Colour is intense red. The nose has notes of very ripe red fruits, mint and spices which forms a harmonious whole. The mouth is subtle, silky and very balanced, revealing the great quality of the grapes, the finish is exceptionally long and gives a good potential for ageing.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Food Pairing: Charcuteries, grilled white or red meats and strong cheeses.
