First nose grapefruit skin & red berries sour. Second raspberry nose, currant & peony notes. More on finesse than on exuberance. The palate is frank, then the freshness & the length settle for a good aromatic persistence.

How to Drink & Serve: Serve between 6-8°C. To be paired with - Fish, bouillabaisse, octopus carpaccio, ceviche, fresh fruit soups.
