2007 Vinos Finos de Rioja
This is a blend of estate-grown grapes aged for six years in oak. It has aromas of vanilla and dried fruit, flavours of rich red fruit, fine tannins and a long finish. Decant for an hour and serve at room temperature with garlic-rubbed lamb or cellar for a decade. Food pairing: Beef, lamb, Veal, Poultry.
Grape: 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 10% Graciano
