Wine Making: Burgundy frustoconical winemaking with pigéage. Vatting 3 weeks then rearing in half-barrels and frustoconical tank for 12 months. Terroir Limestone with gravel and pebbles.

Tasting: Deep ruby intense colour. Powerful nose of red fruits, orange peels and menthol. Pure mouth, fresh and round. Great persistence, ending with notes of raspberries. Silky tannins.

How to Drink & Serve: Serve between 12-14°C. Paired with beef stews, game pies and pidgeon.
