Chateau du Parnay - Coulee du Meridien
This wine is deep red. On the nose, beautiful notes of black fruits, licorice, roasts associated with the strong terroir character, showing a beautiful expression. In the mouth, it is generous and complex, but very fine and subtle. We find the same aromas as the nose, with a very well balanced structure.
Food pairing: Meat, Beef, Pork, Game, Poultry, Cheese, Soft cheese. Serving temperature: 16-18Â°C
