Wine Making: De-stemmed, alcoholic fermentation in tronconic concrete tanks, daily pump-overs and punch-downs. Aged for 6 months in concrete tanks.

Terroir: Clay-limestone soil

Tasting: The perfect balance between Pinot Noir and Gamay. Intense black cherry and tobacco with surprising subtle red berry and cherry notes, small tannin and slight acidity.

How to Drink & Serve: Serve between 11-14°C with spicy duck, beef joint or pulled pork.
